We spend your wedding day right by your side so 48 hours after “I do” you’ll get a dropbox folder with 100s and 100s of photos and video clips from your event. We typically deliver 40-80 GB of 4k quality videos and plenty of photos so you can relive your day right away. All packages also include highlight videos which are perfect to share on your socials or keep all to your self - the choice is yours. Our top priority is to capture your wedding memories flawlessly alongside your chosen media team whether that’s just your photographer or a professional videographer as well. It’s important to remember these are 3 different vendors and we all have different deliverables so of course we can’t replace them and it’s not our intention to do so. Seeing as we’re a video forward offering, we do require you hire a photographer to utilize our wedding content creation services. We understand that sometimes couples might choose our service as an alternative to having a professional videographer or no video coverage at all and this is fine as long as your wedding day media goals and expectations align with what we can provide and produce as wedding content creators.

Of course we do! We make every effort we can to work seamlessly with all of your vendors, especially the other vendors on your wedding media team. We focus on communication with your vendors before and during your wedding to ensure we’re all on the same page and working together to document your wedding memories beautifully. Candid & Kate’s ultimate goal is to capture the monumental and candid moments of your day through a behind the scenes lens and we’re able to execute on this while giving priority for positioning and shots to your primary professional photographer and videographer. We’ve proven time and time again to be a wonderful addition on any vendor team and we’re always happy to give you vendor references if needed.

We book weddings up to 365 days in advance and recommend that you inquire with us as soon as you have your date and venue locked down. We’ve also had couples book us as close as 2 weeks out from their wedding- it’s never too late to add on a wedding content creator for your big day as long as we’re still available!

We don’t actually get this question very often but we had to bring it up - at Candid & Kate we think a good wedding planner or coordinator is the most important vendor you can hire during the wedding planning process. A skilled planner will help your day run smoothly and help protect the investments you've made in other vendors. Think about it - having an experienced point person to orchestrate your day and handle all the logistics and potential crisis moments allows your other vendors the time and headspace they need to do what you hired us to do. All vendors on your wedding day team are important for bringing your vision to life but we believe a planner or coordinator is one of the best investments you can make and we have plenty of vetted suggestions if you don’t know where to start in your search for one.

Amazing! Once you’re inquired we’ll reach out with our availability and our detailed services guide. We’ll also send you a link to set up an inquiry call so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit for your wedding before you officially book. Due to high demand for select dates, we require a signed contract and paid retainer before your date is officially held. After your contract is sent over we offer a complimentary 5 day hold on your date. Once you’re officially a Candid & Kate couple we’re available throughout your wedding planning process so feel free to send us inspo, wedding trends you're loving and any design/wedding details you can't wait to share. 4-6 weeks out from the big day we'll send a detailed questionnaire and have a prep call so we can start crafting your customized content plan.
